Practical Informations
Bike : Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Open to people who already know how to safely ride in a city. In the case that the guide feels that you are not able to ride safely, you will not be allowed to take part in the tour and you will be reimbursed 50% of the price of the tour.For a group of more than 10 people, please reserve 24h in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid any charges.
- Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
- Cancellations made under less than 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 100% of the total service cost.
